If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on all items in their original packaging to ensure a smooth transition back to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Item

  Disassemble your furniture and securely pack it in its original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will help you coordinate a pickup with one of our specialized furniture carriers.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
