How long does shipping take?

Most of our furniture is in stock and ready to ship. Once your order is processed, you can typically expect your delivery to arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Does the furniture come pre-assembled?

To ensure your furniture arrives safely and can fit through any doorway, our pieces are shipped in apartment-friendly boxes. Assembly is required but is designed to be simple and tool-free, taking only a few minutes.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and items must be in original packaging.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we partner with Affirm to provide flexible payment plans. You can choose to pay over 3, 6, or 12 months with rates as low as 0% APR based on eligibility.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We stand by our quality. All Albany Park seating products include a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on cushions and fabric against manufacturing defects.

Are your fabrics pet-friendly?

Absolutely. We offer a variety of high-performance fabrics, including distressed vegan leather and velvet, which are specifically chosen for their durability and ease of cleaning in homes with pets.
